Nikki will also provide an update on where we are with COVID-19, what we’ve learned, and preparing for the future.

Susan Chenail, Senior Quality Improvement Analyst with LeadingAge New York, will provide a practical look at how to best understand and utilize the Five-Star Analysis Reports that LeadingAge Maryland members receive each quarter, to enhance each members ability to take a data-informed approach to quality.
