It’s about pushing past what has been to create what can be—for our organizations, our teams and the people we serve. We are advancing careers, strengthening communities, and reimagining aging services with courage and purpose.

Cancellation Policy & Substitution Allowance

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made via email by April 28 and sent to info@leadingagemaryland.org.

Cancellation penalties:

  • Registration Open through April 28 = full refund less a $75 processing fee per attendee
  • Anytime after April 28 = substitutions may be made for persons unable to attend

Substitutions may be made at any time for persons unable to attend. Substitution requests should be submitted via email to info@leadingagemaryland.org.

EXPO Cost: $1,750 Members / $2,250 Non-Members (*Must be a member/sponsor in good standing and logged in to our website in order to receive the member rate).

Attendee Registration: EXPO registration includes 2 full attendee registrations (3 for Platinum and Gold Sponsors). Additional exhibitor attendees can register at the discounted rate of $495. Non-Exhibiting Business Members/ Sponsors can register without for $685 per attendee. Non-Exhibiting Non-Members can register for $1,095 per attendee.

Please Note: While exhibits must stay up throughout the event, exhibitors are encouraged to attend all general and breakout sessions, lunches and the reception. Do not feel tied to your EXPO space outside of designated EXPO times.

Yes, a pre-event registration list will be provided 2 weeks prior to the event, and an updated list post event, to be used for a maximum of 1 pre-conference and 1 post-conference email send.

Our attendees trust us not to misuse their contact information. Attendee lists are not to be added to your database.

Yes, we encourage you to attend education sessions.

We do not offer EXPO only badges.

Exhibitors are responsible for making all shipping and payment arrangements for incoming and outgoing packages. It is the sole responsbility of the exhibitor to pack their own materials for shipping, attach shipping labels, and have pre-arranged shipment/carrier to pick up materials immediately following the close of the show.

All deliveries must be shipped as inside deliveries. No back of truck deliveries will be accepted. Due to limited storage space, please ship packages to arrive no earlier than 72 hours before event.

No item may exceed 1,000lbs. and based on the meeting space used, there may be additional height and width limitations.

Have the following clearly labeled on EACH package that is being delivered:

  • Vendor and Contact Name
  • The Date of the Program: 05/19/2026
  • Meeting/Event Space: Magnolia Ballroom

Instructions for Delivery:

  • All deliveries must come via the Loading Dock located off Painter Mills Road
  • All shipments must be delivered to the receiving department, clearly labeled. Marriott employees will not unload the parcels from the trucks. The Trucking Company will be responsible for unloading all parcels.

Retrieving your parcel from hotel receiving department:

  • The Marriott will not supply hand truck or pallet jacks for the movement/transportation of any shipped items
  • The Marriott staff will be able to assist in delivering standard packages to the meeting/event space
  • The Marriott is not responsible for any broken or damaged items

 

Access to electrical is not guaranteed. If you require electrical, monitors, or other exhibitor services you will need to work directly with the hotel's contractor, Encore.
