LeadingAge Maryland convenes a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Workgroup that serves as a place for members to share, learn, network, and grow with one another along the journey of fostering inclusive communities. The Goals of our DEIB Workgroup are to:

MeetingsMonthly meetings are facilitated by co-chairs and alternates between meeting virtually and in-person. Sign up and get involved The LeadingAge Maryland Leaders of Color + Allies (MDLoC) Network is a professional networking group for senior, mid-level, and emerging leaders of color and allies employed by LeadingAge Maryland provider member organizations. The network is designed to enhance recruitment, retention and professional growth of people of color in the field of aging services. It is committed to creating a community of connection, mentoring and support, where members exchange resources and ideas, and serve as a sounding board for one another.
