The Goals of our DEIB Workgroup are to:
- Foster a safe and brave space for LAMD member organization diversity leaders to share successes, challenges, and updates on their organization’s DEIB journeys.
- Support the LAMD Leaders of Color Network.
- Provide resources and support to member organizations at all points in their DEIB journeys.
- Serve as stakeholders that inform DEIB initiatives, efforts, and strategy for LAMD
MembershipAny individual who works within a provider member organization is invited to be part of the Committee. MeetingsMonthly meetings are facilitated by co-chairs and alternates between meeting virtually and in-person. Contact Allison for join details.
