The LeadingAge Maryland Leaders of Color + Allies (MDLoC) Network is a professional networking group

for senior, mid-level, and emerging leaders of color and allies employed by LeadingAge Maryland provider member organizations.

A Vision and a Purpose

The network is designed to enhance recruitment, retention and professional growth of people of color in the field of aging services. It is committed to creating a community of connection, mentoring and support, where members exchange resources and ideas, and serve as a sounding board for one another.

 

Mentoring Through a DEIB Lens ~ Lunch and Learn Series

These panelist sessions emphasize the value of mentorship in creating inclusive environments and fostering both personal and professional growth. The conversations touch on various aspects of mentoring, from career advancement to the importance of psychological safety and open communication in these relationships.
