The Aging 360 Workshop: Introduction to an Innovative, Hands-On Home Adaptation Program Helping Older Adults to Age in Place and Community.This highly inclusive program was developed by the nonprofit At Home With Growing Older to empower older older adult to make simple, low-cost or no-cost age-friendly adaptations to their living environment. With the support of a grant by the Thome Aging Well Innovation Program we are now piloting this program with community partners in Maryland and Michigan. We will share a summary of the curriculum, voices and home 'projects' from our participants.
