Allison Roenigk CiborowskiPresident and CEO
Allison Roenigk Ciborowski was unanimously chosen by our Board of Directors as President and CEO in April 2020 following the retirement of our founding President and CEO. Allison has been on staff with LeadingAge Maryland as Director of Member Relations since 2018, where she has successfully led the expansion and development of many educational, leadership development, and peer networking initiatives. She brings more than ten years of experience in the field of aging services in a variety of nonprofit settings. Allison has been actively involved with LeadingAge Maryland since its founding seven years ago, having worked previously for a nonprofit member organization. She brings a passion and energy for advancing the mission and vision of our members and the association, as well strong, well-established relationships with our provider members, business members, sponsors, and partners at LeadingAge national.
Deanne BellinDirector of Operations
Deanne Bellin joined LeadingAge Maryland as Communications Manager in 2019 and since then has broadened her role to include the management of both strategic and day to day operational and communications related tasks. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Communications from Stevenson University. Though her career didn't begin in aging services, Deanne has found a true passion for the field and thoroughly enjoys working collaboratively with our partners to advance aging services. Sarah Hemming Member Relations and Education Manager
Sarah Hemming joined LeadingAge Maryland as Member Relations and Education Manager in August of 2020. Sarah brings over 5 years of experience in long-term care, coming from a non-profit CCRC. Her areas of expertise include person-centered care and a broad knowledge of the aging services field. Sarah enjoys supporting and empowering our members in fulfilling their missions with endless possibilities. Aaron J. Greenfield, Esq. Government Affairs Consultant
Since its founding in 2012, Aaron has represented LeadingAge Maryland before the State Administration and the Maryland General Assembly. He identifies key issues impacting member communities and then develops advocacy strategies and education opportunities to achieve public policy outcomes that support quality care, health and safety, a thriving workforce, equitable access, and reimbursement for long-term care providers. Aaron brings extensive experience advocating for diverse interests at the state and local levels. He prioritizes opportunities to protect and advance client interests through practical policy change, coalition-building, issue positioning, and political strategy
